Katie Laskin, PharmD (she/her/hers)

Sr. Pharmacy Specialist
Yale New Haven Health Home Infusion

Katie Laskin received her PharmD from the University of Connecticut and has been working in home infusion in various roles since 2006. She is currently a Senior Pharmacy Specialist with the Yale New Haven Health Home Infusion. Katie is a member of NHIA's Leadership Education Committee and was recently recognized as an NHIA fellow of the 2024 class. She is a Board-Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and an Immunoglobulin Certified Pharmacist.
