My name is Reem Moustafa, a PGY-1 resident at KabaFusion. During my APPE rotation at KabaFusion while at Saint Joseph’s University Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, I was impressed by the team's patient-centered care, inspiring my interest in home infusion. Since starting my residency, I’ve worked with a skilled, collaborative team, enhancing my clinical knowledge and skills. Managing complex therapies like antibiotics, immunoglobulin, and total parenteral nutrition has strengthened my ability to assess patients, monitor therapies, and make evidence based recommendations. This experience has deepened my confidence in providing exceptional care and optimizing patient outcomes in the home infusion setting.
