Dr. Beth Kiss is the Assistant Director of Oncology Quality, and practices as a Nurse Practitioner in Surgical Oncology at the Wilmot Cancer Institute at Strong Memorial Hospital. She also serves as an Associate Professor at the Wegmans School of Nursing and a consultant for the Golisano Institute for Developmental Disability Nursing at St. John Fisher University.
Her research centers on oncology initiatives that prioritize safe patient care while advancing quality-driven programs to empower healthcare professionals in their support of oncology patients. She has also shared her expertise extensively at regional, national, and international conferences
She serves as a CCNE Magnet Site Visitor through ANCC. She is a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Fellow, a National League for Nursing Leadership Fellow, and a Strong Memorial Hospital Quality Leadership Fellow.
